Abamectin is a mixture of avermectins which
are derived from the soil bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis
Appearance: White or off-white crystals Melting point 103-105 solubility: Slightly soluble in water; More soluble in hydrocarbons; Very soluble in other organic solvents.
Mode of action: Coccidiostat. Polyether antibiotic and feed additive to improve feed efficiency in ruminants. May efficiently prohibit cation exchange internally and externally, and de-hydrolysis of the cells. Finally result in micro-fnvironmental exchange, i. E.
